Convivium Singers...
'A bit of everything'
Established in July 2009 by Adrian Green, Convivium Singers are a group of musicians from Portsmouth Cathedral Choir and Royal Holloway College, University of London, who perform a wide range of vocal and choral music.Engagements for July 09 included singing at Art in Action, (Waterperry House, Oxfordshire 16-19 July) and the Portsmouth Flower Festival (Portsmouth Cathedral 22-24 July). In conjunction with these, the group has performed for church services and performed recitals in venues including Newport Minster, Isle of Wight. From madrigals to jazz, Convivium Singers exist to enjoy performing music wherever opportunities arise. Their new album will present a range of music to give an impression of what a young group of singers can do. More details will appear shortly and it is expected to be released by December 2009.
